I've been in and around motorcycle dealers about twenty years. I know when I'm just tire-kicking and when I am actually going to buy, these guys were super patient, never pushy, informative and fun, after 6 months of banter I finally have exactly the bike I want. I'm probably their slowest customer ever but I was never hustled or made to feel dumb for not having pockets full of dollars. They are into their bikes and all that goes with it. Look out for Joonil in particular, encyclopaedic knowledge, good guy to be around and very patient.

Everything about Ducati/Triumph NYC is awesome. Joon, Marcos, and Gina are all great and I'm sure everyone else is just as dedicated to their jobs. They stayed late for me, came in early for me, gave me solid advice, and weren't at all pushy about sales like other places can be. Sure, the prices aren't the cheapest, but this is the only Ducati or Triumph dealer in NYC - maybe the only motorcycle dealer at all in Manhattan? Price of doing business. It was a fantastic experience all around, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I'll just give you a run through of my experience at Ducati Triumph NYC. I had just completed the MSF course and I wanted a motorcycle ASAP (I'm sure you all know the feeling). I did some research and had the Triumph Street Triple R in mind. The closest dealership to me was Ducati Triumph NYC so I shot them an email. Marcos responded and told me to come in so I did. He showed me the bike, gave me some additional specs and let me sit on it (couldn't test drive it but that's understandable since it's in the city and all). I was set on the bike so I decided to go forward. Now since it was my first time financing anything, I had some difficulty getting approved for the financing. However, Marcos and the manager of the dealership made some calls and Marcos even stayed passed the closing time in order to get me approved. The staff never made me feel pressured or rushed and were extremely helpful. When I came in the second time to pick up my bike, Marcos was with another customer but another staff member had me fill out necessary forms to save time. Marcos made this experience as painless and quick as possible and I had fun through the process. I recently purchased a new Daytona 675 and just want to say that , with the help of your staff, it was by far one of the easiest things I have accomplished. This was my first motorcycle purchase, so going into the process, I was a bit nervous. Searching for the right bike at other dealerships just made me more nervous. That feeling went away the second I walked into Ducati Triumph NYC. I did my homework so going in I knew that I was getting a top quality, rare, exclusive, motorcycle. What I didn't know was that, as good as the bikes are, the staff is even better. From the sales department to the parts and accessories, hands down a first class staff, especially Marcos. Not only is he knowledgeable about motorcycles, but he was personal and very honest. He helped me find the right bike for me, at a unbeatable price. Between him helping me choose my bike and getting the financing set up and signing the paper work, the process took no more than an hour. I was happy to hear that Ducati triumph NYC had reopened as I was experiencing some electrical issues with my Bonneville. the team at DTNYC worked through the issue(s) and most importantly kept me in the loop on a regular basis. I was happily surprised when the bill came out to be less than the original quote. It is always difficult to give your trust to repair shops but when you find the one who earns your trust, you make sure they know. DTNYC, thank you for being genuine.

my comment on google+: When I bought the bike the sales associate stayed two hours past closing to accommodate my work schedule and to set me up with helmet, gloves, manual, and financing. When I picked up my bike the owner did the honorable duty of giving all the information about extras I would need/could want without forcing the issue -- all done in good form. Everyone was on point and Joonil (my sales associate) was the perfect blend of laid back and knowledgable. If you're in the market for a Triumph or Ducati, you won't do wrong going with these guys! Joonil Park, who was busy juggling numerous calls and helping customers in the store, still managed to find the time to help me locate (particular bike I was looking for was not on the floor) and ultimately buy my Hypermotard motorcycle. Joonil answered all my questions and kept me in the loop via text messaging on the status of the bike. He even installed an aftermarket part for me -- EZ Pass holder. Phenomenal customer service! I received the same treatment from Bill, the overly busy sales manager. He set aside the time to thoroughly explain the buying process and what my options were. Great all-around experience! Walking down 6th Avenue minding my business. When I got to the corner of Spring Street, I saw two dozen motorcycles parked in a neat row in front of NYC Ducati / Triumph. I went in and Steve greeted me and asked if I had questions feel to ask him. I was offered some coffee and water. After ten minuets of admiring the candy in the store, I was hooked.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Ducati NYC. Joon guided me through my whole experience from the time I first entered the dealership to taking delivery of my bike two weeks later. He was always quick to to respond to my emails/calls/questions throughout the process and was extremely knowledgable and friendly. Being a first time rider, I had plenty of questions, and having Joon available to guide me proved extremely valuable.
The rest of the team was no different. The financing department got me a great loan, the parts department hooked me up with great gear, and the service department had all of my parts on the bike within a day of its delivery. Awesome!
Really couldn't of asked for a better experience. 120 miles on the new monster on day 1, and loving every minute of it! Thanks for everything guys!!

I made a trip to New York from Hong Kong and visited Ducati Triumph New York, hoping to find a Ducati leather jacket. Though I didn't find what I wanted, I was impressed with the friendly service, both ground floor and in basement. I remember the staff were busy after showroom renovation but they are very patient with my questions and gave me some wonderful suggstions. Thanks again and will highly recommend DTNY.

Walking down 6th Avenue minding my own business when I stumble on NYC Ducati. Was tempted to walk in. As I walked in, I felt like a kid in a candy store. The staff was friendly and attentive but not overbearing. I felt comfortable walking around and eying the bikes. A long hidden passion was awaken. After three trips with no pressure, I succumbed and purchased a Triumph America.
The atmosphere and the staff's attitude was the final selling point that help seal the deal. I look forward to a long relationship with NYC Ducati Triumph.
